OUTRAGE is the Merchant of Record for all purchases and the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We share personal data with:
- Stripe, Inc., our payment processor, who handles card details and processes payments on our behalf. Stripe receives only the data needed to process your payment (such as billing email, billing address, and card information entered at checkout). Card details are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe processes this data under its own Privacy Policy.
- Hosting, database, and infrastructure service providers acting as our processors.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law.
4. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
