Refund Policy

OUTRAGE offers a 14-day refund window on Gem purchases, subject to the conditions below.
What is eligible
Because Gems are a consumable virtual currency that grants in-game benefits the moment they are spent, refunds are limited to the unused (unspent) Gem balance from the original purchase:
- Eligible: Gems from the purchase that are still sitting in your account, unspent, at the time the refund is requested.
- Not eligible: Gems that have already been spent, consumed, gifted, or otherwise used in the game. These are non-refundable.
If all Gems from a purchase have been spent, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund within 14 days of your order date. OUTRAGE is the Merchant of Record; payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, but refunds are issued and managed by us.
To request a refund, email support@outrageworld.com from the email address you used at checkout and include your order date and the package purchased. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After a refund
If your refund is approved, the corresponding unused Gems will be removed from your account. Any items, upgrades, or progress purchased with refunded Gems may also be removed.
