Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Gems and other virtual items have no monetary value, are licensed (not sold) for personal use within OUTRAGE, and are non-transferable. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reversed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges due to a technical error). To request an exception, contact support@outrageworld.com with your PayPal transaction ID and a description of the issue.
