These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of OUTRAGE (the "Service"), operated by OUTRAGE ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) commit fraud or send spam; (c) infringe intellectual property; (d) interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping); or (e) abuse other users.

3. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial gameplay.

4. Virtual items and Gems

Gems and other virtual items have no monetary value, are licensed (not sold) for personal use within the Service, are non-transferable outside the Service, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion subject to applicable law.

5. Payments and Merchant of Record

OUTRAGE is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Card payments are securely processed on our behalf by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. Stripe is not the seller; OUTRAGE is responsible for the sale, customer support, and refunds. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency. Applicable taxes, where collected, are charged in addition to the listed price. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
